📋 Description

• Support real estate investment underwriting, including detailed financial models, sensitivity
• Lead internal reporting processes and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, business, or a related analytical
• 0-2+ years of relevant experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, asset management
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including discounted cash flow analysis, return metrics, debt
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities, identify key
• Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and ownership, with the ability to produce polished

• Expected pay rate of $95,000-$105,000 with targeted annual bonus opportunities.
