📋 Description

• Support Real Estate Investments team with research and financial analysis.
• Assist transaction execution across multiple projects.
• Contribute to the investment lifecycle from execution to exit.
• Collaborate with deal teams across geographies (LA, NY).
• Prepare financial models and market analyses.
• Represent CIM in internal and external meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in investments (real estate/related).
• Strong modeling skills; quantitative aptitude.
• Real estate investment knowledge a plus.
• Collaborative across multi-geography deal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and proactive; leadership interest.
