Investments Business Manager

📋 Description

• Support CIO and Investment Heads with performance oversight and governance
• Coordinate Investment leadership forums and manage agendas/materials
• Prepare management information for senior committees/boards
• Monitor financial performance and liaise with Finance on trends
• Oversee budgeting, expenditure and financial planning in Investments
• Lead or coordinate Investments-led change initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in asset management with strong understanding of investments
• Ability to analyse fund and business performance and translate into actions
• Confident with senior stakeholders and cross-functional influence
• Strong communication to present complex information clearly
• Experience delivering projects on time, budget and scope
• Commercial awareness and structured problem-solving
