📋 Description

• Own preparation, coordination, and timely delivery of RFPs, DDQs, and monitoring requests.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of concurrent requests and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with product strategy and SMEs across investment, legal, risk, and operations.
• Ensure responses align with firm messaging and style; flag inconsistencies.
• Develop knowledge of KKR's investment strategies and products.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements in processes, templates, and content libraries.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in asset management or financial services; RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, or client reporting.
• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with proposal systems, content databases, and AI tools.
• Strong team player; able to independently lead deliverables and own outcomes.
• Clear written communication; translate complex concepts to client-friendly language.
