Investor Relations and Treasury Specialist

📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for approximately 1,500 investors. Includes monitoring and responding via
• Responsible for processing investor redemptions, transfers, tax forms etc
• Responsible for preparing monthly reports such as partner lists and unit counts
• Oversees and owns the process of updating housing assistance payment requests
• Assistance opening/closing/maintaining high number of bank accounts (400+)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and
