📋 Description

• Drive fundraising mandate acquisition, investor relationship development, and capital partnership
• Identify and approach startups and growth-stage companies seeking Seed or Series A funding.
• Build, maintain, and develop a pipeline of potential fundraising mandates and investment
• Conduct initial discussions with founders and evaluate business models, pitch decks, financial
• Establish credibility with founders and position the advisory platform as a trusted partner for
• Activate and expand relationships with venture capital funds, family offices, business angels

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate
• Proven track record of supporting, advising on, or executing Seed and Series A financing rounds.
• Active and established investor network across the DACH region (venture capital funds, family
• Strong understanding of technology-driven startups, digital business models, investor expectations
• Experience or strong professional interest in FinTech, artificial intelligence, healthcare, or real
• Ability to evaluate business models, market potential, financial structures, and fundraising
