Investor Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Support quarterly earnings with scripts, press releases, Q&A prep, and presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Communications for disclosures.
• Maintain the Investor Relations website, financial calendar, and supporting materials.
• Help develop messaging and presentations communicating Freshworks' strategy and financial performance.
• Support relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and research firms.
• Coordinate roadshows, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and Investor Day activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Equity Research, or related.
• Public company Investor Relations experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
