Investor Relations Sr Manager

📋 Description

• Develop Hasbro Capital Markets communications strategy with IR leadership.
• Draft earnings releases, prepared remarks, investor decks, and Q&A materials.
• Prepare senior leaders for investor engagements (earnings calls, conferences, meetings).
• Build relationships with analysts, institutions, and shareholders; manage inquiries.
• Monitor consensus estimates and investor sentiment; advise leadership.
• Oversee governance and compliance; proxy season prep and disclosures; update IR site.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial statement analysis and capital markets dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear investor narratives for external audiences.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and IR platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, Nasdaq IR Insight).
• Prior experience in consumer products, entertainment, media, or gaming is a plus.
