📋 Description

• Provide professional, responsive service to current and prospective clients, building trusted
• Understand client needs through effective questioning and recommend relevant investment products
• Execute required client transactions accurately or direct requests to the appropriate internal
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience, strengthen relationships, and
• Maintain current knowledge of investment markets, products, industry trends, competitive offerings
• Serve as a subject-matter resource on investment products, processes, and operating systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience and/or a related certification, or an equivalent
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial services, market trends, and competitive
• Familiarity with online investing, brokerage, and wealth-management products and services.
• Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC)
• Functional understanding of risk-management principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain investment-related
