📋 Description

• Review, validate, and process invoices related to vehicle maintenance and repair activities
• Monitor and control maintenance and repair costs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial
• Investigate invoice discrepancies, cost deviations, and inconsistencies, coordinating with relevant
• Calculate and track vehicle maintenance and repair costs
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost drivers, trends, and improvement
• Support the monitoring of budgets, actual costs, and overall cost performance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related
• A few years of experience in invoicing, accounting, controlling, financial analysis, or a similar
• Experience with invoice validation, cost controlling, operational finance, or financial data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with Google Spreadsheets and ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and draw meaningful conclusions
