Invoicing Specialist with German - (2 years fixed term contract)

📋 Description

• Invoice related activities: payment allocation, direct debit, broker invoicing and data
• Participate in creation/update of Invoicing Standard Operating Procedures used by SSC operational
• Participate in trainings and transition process when required
• Process different types of requests from clients via Email or Ticketing Tools
• Offer continuous support and back-up to team members for processes and tools
• Contribute to standardization and automation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Graduated or first practical experience in comparable role
• Experience in Credit Insurance or financial services preferred
• Experience in international environment or Shared Service Center preferred
• Rigorous work and organization
• Capacity of analysis and attention to details
• Adaptability for transformation
