📋 Description

• Lead and develop the clinical field sales team in the region.
• Manage program launches and utilization of the ION System in installed base.
• Oversee installations, training, and utilization growth.
• Hire, train, and develop regional clinical sales staff.
• Support KOL development across the region.
• Collaborate with training and marketing departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record in ION sales or 5+ years in clinical sales management.
• In-depth OR/endoscopy environment knowledge.
• Background in selling medical capital equipment.
• Experience directing a medical device salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
