IOP/PSC Team Lead - Florida

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day Phlebotomy Solutions ops: patient care, phlebotomy, admin.
• Cover clinics as needed; select best blood collection method; prep specimens.
• Travel up to 50% for audits, onsite visits, and team training.
• QA & audits: coordinate audits; QA checks on patient coordination, documentation, MPX platform.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and supervision of phlebotomists across locations.
• Partner with Field Sales, Clinical Ops, and Compliance to resolve issues and share updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 5+ years phlebotomy; supervisory preferred.
• Certification: Phlebotomy certificate required per state regs.
• Leadership & mentoring capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management.
• Familiarity with clinical compliance standards; strong verbal and written communication.
