IP Counsel

📋 Description

• Help manage active IP disputes end-to-end, partnering with internal teams and outside counsel on
• Assess and triage new off-platform infringement reports, provide enforcement recommendations, and
• Draft and execute cease-and-desist letters, DMCA takedown notices, and platform-specific IP
• Oversee the IP notice-and-takedown program, including partnering with Trust and Safety, Developer
• Drive strategy and execution with respect to on-platform enforcement initiatives and advise on new
• Build and update playbooks, templates, and policies to streamline internal IP team projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably a combination of law firm and in-house
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• A strong working knowledge of intellectual property legal issues, including those related to
• Previous experience counseling on platform liability in the tech industry.
• A track record of educating internal stakeholders, translating complex concepts, and advising on
