IP Growth & Monetization Strategist

📋 Description

• Own the monetization strategy for HyperMuse’s established IPs, from identifying opportunities to
• Develop revenue streams beyond brand deals: memberships, merchandise, digital products, platform
• Build and run the promotional calendar for every monetized offer, including launches, drops
• Lead the marketing strategy for product launches, from pre-launch buzz to post-launch analysis.
• Partner with the Senior Project Manager, who coordinates operational execution with internal teams
• Direct the content strategy for each IP, integrating product and membership calls-to-action in a

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in creator economy, social media, or digital marketing roles, with a proven record of
• Experience launching memberships, merch, or digital products, with measurable results.
• Prior work at an agency, creator-led business, a DTC or e-commerce brand, or a social-native media
• Understanding of platform monetization landscape: YouTube Partner Program, Patreon, Shopify, merch
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, trends, and culture.
• Ability to read performance data fluently, from engagement to conversion to revenue, and translate
