IP Telephony Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead PCI DSS compliance activities for the US telephony and call recording environment
• Support configuration, onboarding, and ongoing operation of the Verint recording and compliance
• Manage onboarding of new sites, systems, and users within the Verint environment
• Design, test, and validate PCI DSS controls across call recording and IVR platforms
• Collaborate with compliance and security teams to document findings, coordinate remediation, and
• Provide engineering support and system design expertise for Cisco IP telephony infrastructure (UCM

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in IP telephony engineering including system design and architecture
• Principal-level hands-on experience with Cisco UCM, CUBE, voice gateways
• Demonstrated experience in compliance-focused technical initiatives, preferably PCI DSS
• Practical experience with Verint recording and compliance solutions
• Working knowledge of PCI DSS requirements for telephony, call recording, and IVR
