IPM Agent

📋 Description

• Responsible for measuring and mixing pesticide and foliar applications and applying these mixtures
• Communication with IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead as well as other department supervisors and leads.
• Ensuring plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring plant health according to Cresco Labs
• Execution of pest / disease treatment schedules as outlined by the IPM Supervisor.
• Assist with data entry, and track & trace.
• Responsible for filling out all IPM logs and reports as outlined by the IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years’ experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human
• Effective time-management, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work as a
• Ability to stand and wear proper protective equipment for extended time periods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State of Illinois Pesticide Applicator License; including completion
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Ability to read pesticide labels.
