IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management)

📋 Description

• Conduct daily pest and disease monitoring to ensure plant health.
• Maintain logs for pesticides and preventative agents.
• Mix and apply pesticides and preventative agents per protocols.
• Operate and maintain Dramm hydraulic sprayers for IPM.
• Apply IPM products and beneficial bugs to plants.
• Coordinate application schedules with the IPM Supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Positive, team-oriented attitude; able to work collaboratively.
• Strong time management; able to work independently.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation; tolerate allergens and high temps/CO2.
