Ironclad Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Ironclad implementations.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT to improve CLM.
• Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, forms, approvals, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for developers.
• Support UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
• Collaborate with tech teams during implementation and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM implementations or administration.
• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation.
• Knowledge of workflow configuration, templates, forms, and approval processes in Ironclad.
• Experience supporting integrations with enterprise applications.
