Issuer Services Manager

📋 Description

• Manage transaction processes across corporate trust, agency and security agency mandates from
• Review and negotiate transaction documentation for private debt, capital markets and restructuring
• Ensure accurate capture of services and fees, while maintaining compliance with internal policies
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, legal counsel and transaction stakeholders throughout
• Partner with internal teams and external counsel to facilitate deal onboarding, transaction
• Coordinate transaction closings, funding processes and post-completion activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in transaction management, corporate trust or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, private debt and loan administration, including bond
• Understanding of SPV structures and relevant legal, regulatory, KYC and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
• Foreign language skills are advantageous.
