Issues & Program Manager, Product Operations

📋 Description

• Build and improve processes, incl. automation/AI, to boost efficiency and docs.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Ops, Product, Risk, and Eng to drive timely resolution.
• Own issue reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track containment and remediation of issues.
• Drive end-to-end product launches with cross-functional readiness.
• Manage partnerships with banks and strategic partners; coordinate and communicate.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tech project management, product ops, fintech/tech.
• Experience in issues management, regulatory/compliance, or risk projects.
• Strong interest in applying AI to improve execution.
• Strong data skills; build dashboards and answer questions without analysts.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align teams.
• Proactive, able to drive projects and communicate clearly.
