📋 Description

• System Administration, Automation, Process & AI and Project Management responsibilities in a
• Handle IT onboarding, laptop support, and office network issues for Wunderflats staff and tenants.
• Work in a scale-up environment, build new automated processes, and tackle cross-functional projects.
• Lead the IT department growth as a key leader within the team.
• Provide solutions for Tier 1-3 support scenarios and implement efficient processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to protect the organization from cyber threats.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as IT administrator or similar role.
• Startup-friendly mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, able to work independently.
• Strong workload management, prioritization, and deadline discipline.
• Data-minded with an analytical approach to improve efficiency.
• Fluent in English and German (at least B1); good communication with both tech and non-tech
