IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Serve as first point of contact for Colorado-based support issues
• Support clean room and lab operations (network setup, environmental controls, specialized hardware)
• Help with procurement of software tools and IT equipment
• Support IT team during investigatory and regulatory audits
• Run employee onboarding across all offices and provision laptops via MDM tooling (Fleet)
• Create and manage permissions for SaaS accounts (Okta, Google Workspace, O365, Slack, Atlassian)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience following best practices
• Strong end-user support and customer-service mindset, clear communication
• Experience with internal corporate networking (DNS, VPN, VLANs)
• Experience administering SaaS environments and SSO technologies (Okta, Google Workspace, O365)
• Based in or able to relocate to Golden, CO area
• Nice to have: Okta administration, Atlassian, Linux, security practices
