📋 Description

• Build and support workflows and automations across Slack, Jira, and Confluence
• Own day-to-day administration of Google Workspace, including user accounts, permissions, and
• Support security training, risk assessments, compliance controls, and audits across SOC 2, PCI, and
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including computers, routers, A/V equipment, and inventory
• Support and improve the Salesforce ecosystem, including flows and system optimization
• Implement and improve the ERP system, designing workflows, building automations, and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with workflows and automations across tools like Slack, Jira, or Confluence
• Solid foundation in security and compliance (SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, risk assessments, controls, audits)
• Knowledge of everyday tech: computers, routers, A/V equipment, software
• Experience implementing, building, or supporting an ERP system
• Top-notch problem-solving skills
