IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end corporate IT operations for the organisation and Bengaluru office.
• Manage MacBook, Windows devices, peripherals, and other IT hardware across the complete asset
• Lead hardware procurement, reseller negotiations, AMC management, warranty coordination, buybacks
• Implement and manage zero-touch MDM and endpoint security across macOS and Windows environments.
• Manage endpoint encryption, patching, EDR, security policies, compliance controls, and remote-wipe
• Maintain accurate IT asset records from procurement through disposal, ensuring zero untracked

🎯 Requirements

• 6–11 years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, workplace technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience independently owning an IT site, office, or device fleet end to end.
• Strong hands-on experience managing corporate IT environments in a product company or technology
• Production experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Hexnode, or Microsoft Intune.
• Strong practical experience managing enterprise networks using technologies such as Ubiquiti UniFi
• Experience administering ITAM or ITSM platforms such as Snipe-IT, Freshservice, Jira Service
