IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Set up, maintain, repair, and replace laptops (Mac/Windows)
• Manage device fleet via JumpCloud (MDM): enrollment, updates, profiles
• Keep hardware inventory accurate; lifecycle from purchase to disposal
• Run joiner/mover/leaver processes: accounts, hardware, access rights
• Administer user accounts, groups, and SSO for Google Workspace, Slack, Notion
• Be first IT contact for questions and problems, in office and remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English. You'll support colleagues in both languages
• Hands-on IT support or IT administration experience, Macs and SaaS tools
• Experience with MDM and/or identity providers (JumpCloud, Okta, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Service mindset; friendly, responsive, patient, and quick to unblock colleagues
• A structured way of working. Track tickets, document, and follow through
• Comfort with light scripting or automation (shell, Python, or low-code tools)
