📋 Description

• Manage access requests through the IT Service Desk, including validating requests, checking
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding by aligning access requirements with managers and
• Handle equipment purchase and reimbursement requests, and configure devices for new employees
• Maintain and regularly audit IT asset records, including phones, streaming devices, televisions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, technical support, or a relevant
• Confident user of Google Workspace, with a good understanding of everyday productivity and
