Onboard/offboard and manage Okta SSO/SCIM with least-privilege.
Administer Mac fleet in Kandji (enrollment, profiles, patching, compliance).
Triage Okta authentication and MFA issues, including resets.
Maintain IT asset inventory with audit-ready records; support security/compliance.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of IT and troubleshooting experience.
MacOS Admin, SaaS Admin, and IAM (SSO/SCIM, MFA, user lifecycle).
Customer-focused communication and problem solving.
Adept at documentation and process adherence.
Excellent time management and prioritization.
Scripting/automation (Bash, Python); exposure to SOC2/ISO27001/HIPAA.
