📋 Description

• Monitor support channels and resolve user issues
• Provide on-site IT support at the Virginia Distribution Center
• Troubleshoot hardware and software for end users
• Log tickets accurately and maintain documentation
• Manage provisioning/deprovisioning of users and devices
• Support mobile device management (iOS and Android)

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of computer systems, networks, and enterprise software
• Familiarity with MacOS and Windows operating systems
• Follow documented processes and work independently
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Hands-on Zebra printers setup and troubleshooting
• Experience with mobile device management (Jamf and Intune)
