IT & AI Lead

📋 Description

• Own internal tooling architecture; set standards and build integrations.
• Lead the Tooling & Architecture workstream of our AI governance group.
• Be the company-wide expert for Notion AI, Slack, Google Workspace, and Claude.
• Design, build and govern internal AI agents; maintain inventory and safety.
• Run IT support; shift routine tickets toward self-service and automation.
• Own SaaS estate: licensing, renewals, procurement and vendor relations.

🎯 Requirements

• IT ops leadership in a fast-moving SaaS/tech business.
• Strong tooling architecture; automation mindset with scripting/low-code.
• Notion AI, Slack, Google Workspace, Claude Code experience.
• Design and govern internal AI agents; inventory and safety standards.
• IAM, access provisioning, MDM, and SaaS vendor management.
• ISO 27001 security knowledge or audits (nice to have).
