IT Applications Support Analyst - Order to Cash

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day support and configuration of enterprise finance apps (Billing, O2C, AR).
• Troubleshoot incidents, fulfill change requests, and partner with Finance on solutions.
• Apply AI and automation to modernize finance applications and reduce manual work.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Support month-end billing runs and ensure invoices post on time.
• Maintain integrations between billing, ERP, data warehouse, banks, and payment gateways.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–12 years' experience with enterprise/finance apps (billing, O2C, AR).
• Demonstrated AI and/or automation to streamline support or finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora and NetSuite and their integrations.
• SQL read/write and data analysis skills.
• ITSM tools and structured incident/problem/change management (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
