IT Asset Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, peripherals) from procurement
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date asset repository within ServiceNow ITAM, ensuring data integrity
• Partner with IT Customer Experience Analysts to streamline asset issuance, returns, and refresh
• Develop and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures in collaboration with IT leadership
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, maintenance contracts, and internal audit
• Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliation activities to validate inventory accuracy and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related IT Operations roles
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (Hardware and Software Asset Management
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, asset lifecycle management, and CMDB relationships
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel or data visualization
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
