IT Associate

📋 Description

• Own and deliver IT projects from scoping through deployment and documentation, including secure
• Deploy and maintain conference room technology (Teams Rooms, displays, speakerphones, cabling)
• Build and maintain onboarding and offboarding playbooks and automation, and contribute to internal
• Support multi-site printers, peripherals, and AV equipment, including hardware setup
• Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points
• Administer SaaS applications, including access reviews, license optimization, and SSO configuration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to isolating issues across
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting/CIDR
• Understanding of different operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android), hypervisors
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Scripting or software development experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph).
