IT Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Lead IT audit projects with co-source and external auditors for SOX.
• Shape IT audit strategy and manage projects, procedures, tasks, and deadlines.
• Lead or support SOX testing, including IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Document results clearly and prepare reports for control owners and management.
• Build relationships across the organization and balance strong controls with speed.
• Prepare materials for quarterly and ad hoc audit committee meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Undergraduate degree in IT-related field, CS, or engineering.
• CISA, CPA, or another relevant professional designation required.

• 5+ years in public accounting, internal audit, or risk advisory.
• Strong ITGC, system, and process controls knowledge.
• Curiosity about AI to improve audit procedures.
• Knowledge of COBIT and COSO frameworks.
• SOX compliance expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and contributors.
