🎯 Requirements

3+ years as a Business Analyst in tech or change programmes.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Experience supporting tech delivery across the project lifecycle.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; build strong relationships.
Bonus: PMI-PBA, ServiceNow SPM, IT4IT, Agile.
