📋 Description

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear specs for development teams.
Model BPMN and design functional workflows.
Create and maintain functional docs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support REST APIs and system integrations.
Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, BIS, or related field.
3–5 years of experience as IT Business Analyst or similar.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
Experience with BPMN (business process modelling).
Familiarity with REST APIs, Swagger, JSON, or related integrations.
