IT Business Analyst - LIMS Process Expert

📋 Description

• Assess the EU Environmental Testing market, regulatory expectations, and laboratory operational
• Support EU-focused pricing, client segmentation, and demand modeling to guide product and
• Recommend improvements to enhance turnaround time (TAT), analytical quality, data reliability, and
• Serve as primary liaison between EU laboratory stakeholders and the Product Development team
• Elicit, document, and refine Business Requirements, User Requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain and update process documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document), URD

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software, laboratory operations, or
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in an Agile
• Familiarity with laboratory informatics such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across multi-cultural EU teams
