📋 Description

Own IT security, disaster recovery, backend and integrations for Workday.
Design backend architecture and automate HR workflows.
Build robust Workday integrations; ensure data integrity and governance.
Ensure IT governance and security standards across HRIS.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in Enterprise Systems Engineering or HRIS Administration.
Deep Workday integrations, security, and reporting.
Workday Studio, EIB, and connectors experience.
WQL/SQL and REST/SOAP API experience.
Okta, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning knowledge.
BSCS or equivalent degree required.

🎁 Benefits

Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript is a nice-to-have.
Active Workday Pro or Partner certification in Integrations/Studio/Core HCM.
