IT & Business Systems Delivery Lead

📋 Description

• Own the IT & Business Systems team's portfolio roadmap, planning and dependencies
• Orchestrate the team's largest programs with partners and stakeholders against deadlines
• Run the AI-supported intake process end-to-end, triage, route, and inform
• Communicate weekly delivery status, launches, post-launch reviews, and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of delivery management across IT and business systems in B2B SaaS
• Led at least one enterprise platform migration (ERP/CRM/billing) end-to-end
• Able to run a broad portfolio with a small team via ruthless prioritization and clear rhythms
• Excellent written and verbal comms; comfortable presenting to executives
• Player-coach who writes requirements and manages dependencies; AI-first mindset
• Experience managing systems integration partners a plus
