IT Buyer & Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary IT buyer for technology-related goods and services, including software
• Create, submit, track, and administer purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with
• Partner with IT stakeholders, project managers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Legal, and
• Maintain visibility into open purchase orders, committed spend, upcoming renewals, expiring
• Support software and subscription procurement by validating license quantities, renewal terms
• Process and monitor supplier invoices, investigate discrepancies, and resolve missing invoices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, purchasing administration, supplier
• Experience supporting an IT organization or managing technology-related spend is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience as an IT buyer, purchasing analyst, procurement coordinator, financial analyst
• Experience purchasing or managing IT services, software, subscriptions, hardware, infrastructure
