IT Buyer & Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as primary IT buyer for technology goods/services
• Create and administer purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, suppliers to validate requirements
• Monitor purchase orders, renewals, invoices, supplier issues
• Support software and subscription procurement
• Process supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• CPA or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years in financial planning, purchasing, etc.
• Experience supporting IT organization preferred
• Previous experience in relevant roles
• Experience with IT services and products
