Configure and develop incentive systems (Varicent, SAP Commissions, CaptivatelQ)
Build/modify incentive plans across platforms and SQL Server
Ensure change control, compliance and risk management
Liaise with internal/external partners to implement plans in the commissions tool
Gather data and report requirements with cross-functional teams
Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate and compute data

🎯 Requirements

2+ years database and/or SQL Server reporting
Strong SQL query skills
Advanced English (80-90%)
Excel proficiency and data manipulation
Ability to handle large data volumes
Excellent communication and teamwork; client presentations
