IT Compliance & Controls Analyst

📋 Description

• Test ITGC, information security, and QMS controls.
• Evaluate control design and remediation gaps.
• Assist audits with evidence collection and coordination.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, Risk, and Quality.
• Monitor compliance metrics, SLAs, risks, and actions.
• Develop dashboards and reports on control performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in IT Compliance, IT Audit, ITGC, Risk, or QMS.
• Hands-on ITGC and security controls (access, identity, SDLC, change).
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, audits, evidence collection.
• Knowledge of operational resilience: BCP/DR, patching, encryption.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication.
