IT & Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and scale security compliance program; manage internal IT operations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Leadership; supported by CTO and consultant
• SOC 2 compliance: monitoring, audit readiness, evidence, control tracking
• Administer Vanta; improve and clean up platform
• Regular access reviews; ensure documentation is complete
• Tabletop exercises for AWS outages, incidents, availability failures

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT, Security, Compliance in SaaS/high-growth
• Hands-on SOC 2 Type I/II program experience
• Direct experience with Vanta; remediation
• MDM tools across macOS, Linux, Windows (JumpCloud, Jamf, Kandji)
• AWS security knowledge: IAM, Identity Center, GuardDuty, AWS Config
• IAM, MFA, encryption, endpoint security, audit controls
