Maintain the team's IRT systems, oversee support, identify risks, and coordinate with clients/vendors.
Lead implementation of system change controls for studies during maintenance.
Design data integration specs between the IRT system and other eClinical solutions.
Create data review plans for IRT systems and ensure timely reviews.
Create and maintain study FAQ docs for customer care support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of related experience.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Analytical thinking.
Ability to understand technical systems and perform troubleshooting.
