IT Consultant

📋 Description

• Serve as dedicated IT support tech, manage high ticket volume and SLA targets
• Troubleshoot MacOS/Windows across apps and networks
• Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and accounts
• Onboard/offboard clients: provisioning to equipment shipments
• Lead IT project deployments including MDM, network, hardware rollouts
• Document standards and ensure SOC2/HIPAA compliance

🎯 Requirements

• MacOS and Windows experience
• Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 proficiency
• MDM platforms: Kandji, Jamf, or Intune
• Identity providers: Okta
• Networking basics with Meraki/Unifi
• Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA
