IT Consultant (Austin)

📋 Description

• On-site client consultations (4–8 hour visits) in the Austin region
• Research and implement solutions to improve processes
• Train users; improve documentation
• Collaborate with teammates on internal solutions
• Build client relationships and provide IT operations support

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of general IT support experience
• MacOS and Windows desktop experience
• MDM/Intune and Addigy experience
• Active Directory/Azure AD and Microsoft 365 admin
• Experience with Box/Dropbox/Egnyte and ServiceNow
• Public cloud familiarity (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
