IT Consultant, Overnights

📋 Description

• Serve as dedicated IT support technician managing a high volume of tickets and SLAs
• Troubleshoot Mac OS and Windows across apps and networks
• Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and accounts
• Support onboarding/offboarding, from provisioning to shipments
• Assist IT project deployments including MDM rollouts and network changes
• Manage assets, inventory, and workspace maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Mac OS and Windows experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom
• MDM exposure (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and Okta identity
• Networking basics; Meraki and Unifi environments
• Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA
• Strong troubleshooting with clear, documented resolutions
