Drive frontline support - triage and resolve remote end-user issues
Own onboarding and hardware asset lifecycles
Manage Zoom Room AV systems and printer infrastructure across office locations
Support MDM ops, rollouts, and migrations across JumpCloud, Kandji, InTune, Landscape
Maintain and troubleshoot Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, O365/Teams
Create documentation/content for end-user guidance

🎯 Requirements

2-4+ years of experience in a systems administrator or IT engineer role
Prior experience in an IT specialist, helpdesk, or desktop support role
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms - Kandji, InTune, or JumpCloud
Experience with identity and access management, especially Okta
Experience working a helpdesk queue and owning tickets end-to-end
Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and managing collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
