Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, account, connectivity issues
Support employee onboarding and offboarding with device/account provisioning
Manage IT asset inventory and device lifecycle
Enroll and manage devices via MDM
Manage user accounts and access across identity platforms
Support joiner/mover/leaver processes and access reviews

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or similar
Experience supporting remote employees
Familiarity with MDM platforms: JAMF, Kandji, Microsoft Intune
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, JumpCloud
Knowledge of networking: IP, DNS, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls
Experience with device provisioning and asset management
